BNH operates under the Central Bank of Bahrain Corporate Governance Code (Module HC), the Bahrain Commercial Companies Law, and Bahrain Bourse listing. The Corporate Governance Reports below (2020–2025) contain the full annual disclosures: Board composition and attendance, remuneration, related-party transactions, and internal control effectiveness.
